These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Sibera, an iPhone app for saving, organizing, and managing links.
By using Sibera, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The Sibera app
Sibera helps you save links, organize them into collections, add tags, mark favorites, and search your personal bookmark library.
Sibera is provided as a productivity and personal organization tool. It does not guarantee that any third-party website, saved link, or external content will remain available, accurate, secure, or unchanged.
2. Your content
You are responsible for the links, titles, notes, tags, collections, and other content you add to Sibera.
You should not use Sibera to store or organize content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, or otherwise violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
3. Third-party websites
Sibera may help you save and open links to third-party websites or services. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, security, or terms.
When you open a saved link, you interact with that third-party website at your own discretion.
4. Free version
Sibera may offer a free version with limits on the number of saved links, collections, tags, or other features.
These limits may change over time as the app develops.
5. Sibera Pro
Sibera may offer paid features through Sibera Pro. Sibera Pro may provide higher limits or additional functionality for users who need more room for their link library.
The available features, subscription options, prices, trial availability, and billing periods are shown in the app and in the App Store before purchase.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Sibera Pro subscriptions are processed through Apple’s App Store using your Apple ID.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
Refunds, cancellations, billing issues, and payment processing are handled by Apple according to Apple’s applicable terms and policies.
7. Changes to pricing or features
We may change Sibera’s features, limits, pricing, or subscription options over time. Any paid subscription price changes will be handled through Apple’s App Store process where required.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Sibera, interfere with its operation, attempt to reverse engineer the app where prohibited by law, use the app for unlawful purposes, or use it in a way that could harm other users, the app, or third-party services.
9. Availability and changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Sibera at any time. We aim to keep the app stable and useful, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free.
10. No professional advice
Sibera is an organizational tool. It does not provide legal, financial, medical, security, or professional advice.
11. Disclaimer
Sibera is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee that saved links will remain accessible, that third-party websites will remain available, or that the app will meet every individual requirement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sibera and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, or goodwill arising from your use of the app.
13. Termination
You may stop using Sibera at any time. We may restrict or discontinue access to the app if you violate these Terms or if continued access would create legal, security, or operational risk.
14. Apple terms
If you download Sibera from the App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms, including the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
