Sibera is a bookmark manager for iPhone. It helps you save links, organize them into collections, add tags, mark favorites, and find useful pages later.

This Privacy Policy explains what information Sibera handles, how it is used, and what choices you have.

1. Information Sibera stores

Sibera stores the content you create inside the app, such as saved links, titles, notes, collections, tags, favorites, and related bookmark information.

This information is used to provide the core functionality of the app: saving, organizing, searching, and managing your personal link library.

2. Local storage

Sibera is designed as a personal bookmark library. Your saved links and organizational data are stored on your device unless a future version of the app clearly introduces optional sync or account-based features.

If you delete the app from your device, locally stored app data may also be deleted, depending on your iOS settings and backup configuration.

3. Accounts

Sibera does not require you to create an account to use the app.

If account features are added in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated before those features are made available.

4. Payments and subscriptions

Sibera may offer paid features through Sibera Pro. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store.

Sibera does not receive or store your full payment card details. Apple manages billing, payment processing, refunds, cancellation, and subscription status according to your Apple ID settings and Apple’s terms.

5. Analytics and diagnostics

Sibera may use Apple-provided diagnostics and crash reports to understand app stability and improve performance.

If additional analytics tools are introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy and the App Store privacy information will be updated to describe what is collected and why.

6. Tracking

Sibera does not sell your personal information and does not track you across apps and websites owned by other companies for advertising purposes.

Sibera may rely on Apple services for App Store distribution, in-app purchases, subscriptions, diagnostics, and device-level functionality.

Your use of Apple services is also subject to Apple’s own privacy policy and terms.

8. Links saved in Sibera

Sibera allows you to save links to third-party websites and services. Sibera is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or policies of those third-party websites.

When you open a saved link, the destination website may collect information according to its own privacy policy.

9. Data sharing

Sibera does not sell your saved links, collections, tags, or app content.

We may disclose information only if required by law, to comply with legal obligations, to protect the security of the app, or to operate services that are necessary for the app’s functionality.

10. Children’s privacy

Sibera is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information through Sibera, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

11. Data deletion

You can delete saved links, collections, tags, and other app content directly inside Sibera.

If Sibera does not use an account system, deleting the app from your device removes access to locally stored app data on that device. If you need help with data removal, contact us at the email below.
