Broadcasts split by language 5 August 2026
Sending an announcement to every partner chat used to mean the same message for everyone. Broadcasts can now go out by language, with a live count of how many chats each language reaches before anything is sent.

Removing a manager without touching the database 27 July 2026
Taking a manager off rotation used to mean editing Postgres by hand. Now admins click remove right in the /team table, their chats go to whoever else last covered them, and the manager can be restored later.

Manager tracking and SLA alerts 11 July 2026
Every partner chat now gets one assigned manager. If a chat goes quiet for too long, the team gets alerted, and admins can pull manager stats or export the full chat list to CSV.
